Oiltraining B.V. have been established in 2002 by Paul Deelen. Before that Paul developed for 20 years training programs for the oil industry in the Netherlands. Paul is an experienced trainer, both for theory and practice. He has conducted trainings in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and Norway in conjunction with the Elsevier training institute.
